Here' is a Tamil version of this post: At age 42, I am spending at least 9 hours a day (5 days a week) sitting at Work and at (Train) Commute. On a typical day, I spend only 20 minutes of walking to-and-from the train station. No wonder I was feeling tired and letahrgic by the end of each day. By the time, Wednesday arrives, I look forward to the weekend already. A concerned friend invited me to attend Yoga classes and I readily agreed to give it a go. It's been a good 6 week since we started the group Yoga classes. Two classes a week, delivered via Skype/WhatsApp; Master Jagadeesan, our Yoga instructor, currently holds the world record for the longest Yoga marathon (138 hours). He corrects our mistakes over video and ensures we practise each Yoga pose the right way. At Work, I practise each day in one of the meeting rooms and after changing to PJs.
